NEIL MORRIS

Design & Sales Consultant

Hi, my name is Neil, and I’m your Design & Sales Consultant. I bring over 35 years industry experience, including technical training to gain my Associate Diploma of Architecture, before transitioning to Manager of Design and Drafting. After more than 20 years on the creative side of business, I moved into the sales arena where I could use my experience to directly benefit my clients, working for various companies, including the Dale Alcock Group, Homegroup WA, Smart Homes, New Choice Homes, and now Redink Homes.

I went into sales primarily to spend more time with my family, but to also assist others to design and build their own home. I am straightforward and genuine, with a unique ability to transform standard plans or create full custom designs to meet my client’s dream home specifications, doing my best to include everything on their wish list. All the while, I like to have a laugh and a bit of fun along the way to make your experience as positive as possible.

Possessing a wealth of understanding of the building and construction industry, and the workings of each Builder, I’ve assisted many in achieving their dreams over the years, including my fellow colleagues. I have been awarded the Reps Rep award for the past four years; voted by fellow Sales Reps to the most helpful and knowledgeable in the team, and is an award I am most proud of.

As nerdy as it sounds, I have a love of architecture and design, and being creative and artistic in some form in my limited free time. Striking up a conversation related to American Football (NFL), the gym, snowboarding, travel or generally being outdoors, are topics sure to break the ice with me at our first meeting. Oh, and I love dogs, but am the biggest cat Dad around.

LOUISE BARTON

Interior Designer & Colour Selection Consultant

Hi there! My name is Louise, and I’m your Interior Designer & Colour Selection Consultant. A little ball of energy, I have a passion, and privilege, to help others improve their lifestyle; in turn, making the absolute most of their lives. Spending the better part of my career in the building and construction industry, I have always had a creative spark, often redecorating and rearranging my own home to suit my ever-evolving lifestyle over time.

Both the forest and beach environments have always been my places of joy and peace, and making Perth’s coast my home for the past 3 years has been life changing. Sea breezes, warm weather, an abundance of sunlight and the bright colours of our natural environment, provide the inspiration for me and my work.

I love being creative, thinking outside the box and helping people design a home that they can be proud of. Home should be the place you can truly be yourself, dancing around the living room, knowing that you have created magic. And I am simply here to help you discover the magic.

With a passion for nature, colour and living a lifestyle that is truly your own, my work is very reflective of styles that connect on a deeper level. Many are afraid of using colour and texture without realising that no matter how subtle, they can make a world of difference in how a space feels from the moment you walk into it. I hope to demonstrate and inspire others to branch out and use these elements to transform a cold, empty space into one of warmth and comfort.
